With over two decades of experience in the home restoration and exterior services industry, Paul Manata has established himself as a trusted leader in West Michigan. Since beginning his career in 1999, Paul has built deep expertise in fire and flood damage mitigation, working closely with insurance companies to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. He has also specialized in mold remediation, applying advanced techniques to create safe, healthy environments for homeowners.

A cornerstone of Paul’s career is his forensic property inspection expertise, particularly in roofing and shingles. This skill has helped countless homeowners document storm-related damages for insurance claims, earning him a reputation as a reliable authority in the field.

Before founding Phoenix Roofing & Exteriors in 2025, Paul played a key role in helping local roofing companies establish and grow their storm response departments, providing strategic guidance, operational insights, and hands-on support to respond to storm damage across Michigan and nationwide.
