Had an anmazing experience! Paul was extremely helpful teaching me about our insurance and helping us navigate the different steps with insurance so that they could complete our roof and we could have the most affordable price possible! The crew also did a great job and our roof looks amazing! So thankful for this company and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

May 2025 my home was damage due to a storm. Several companies refused to work with the insurance company. Phoenix took the challenge. Great company to work with. Works well with insurance companies and property owners. The owner explained everything to me and walked me through it. I would definitely recommend Phoenix for all of your home repair needs..

After a severe storm in May 2025 damaged the roofs of my beloved 1923 home and shed, I was overwhelmed. Large trees had caused significant destruction, and my house also needed new siding, trim, and gutters and more. I had no experience with insurance claims and didn’t know where to start.

We would have given 10 stars if we could!! And, I don't usually do reviews. The level of customer service and communication is amazing. The crews Paul sent are outstanding! We were impressed with the attention to detail. We had planned on getting a new roof. We also asked for estimates for siding, soffit, facia and gutters for future jobs. The estimates were very reasonable. We received all 4 estimates and decided to have all 4 projects done. Paul delivered color choices so we could take our time to choose the right colors. The roof, siding, soffit and fascia are done. The gutters are scheduled. We absolutely love all of it!!

We replaced our house roof and pole barn roof. Both Paul and Micah were extremely professional and very detailed. Throughout the project they were very proactive with their communication. The job went better than I could have imagined. Paul and Micah supervised the project from start to finish and monitored the installation of the roof on "roofing day" from start to finish. The team of roofers covered our outdoor furniture, pool, and shrubs to make sure nothing was damaged. They also did a thorough job with clean up, leaving my property in perfect order. Both roofs looks fantastic! They even offered to cut back some tree branches to prevent future damage. I would recommend Phoenix Roofing and Exteriors to anyone who values exceptional service and quality products.

I can’t say enough good about Paul and his teams. He started by picking up the pieces where another contractor walked away. He fought our insurance company to do what was right for months. He took everything from my hands and handled everything professionally. Up to and including contacting local code officials to make sure our house repair was handled ethically. When it came time to deal with the insurance payment and mortgage company working together he took care of that too. His delivery team was kind, friendly and professional but interacted well with the 3 young children that were watching their crane intently. We were out of town during the installation of our new roof and I received multiple texts with updates from Paul. I received texts and comments upon my return from neighbors telling me what a great job the team was doing and how they were respectful of the neighbors, even though those gentlemen worked at least 13 hours that day. The gutters were installed on an adjoining day and were done better than the original layout without our making that request. The patience exhibited with us was incredible because we needed to know what was going on but didn’t always understand the first time because it isn’t our specialty like it is his. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if needed.

Paul Manata was amazing, flexible, dependable, and suuuuuper friendly! 🙂 My sister referred me and I’m sooooo glad she was not selfish with sharing what a wonderful experience she is having.
